Following in the venerable Valkyrie hypercar’s footsteps, the Valhalla ushers in a new chapter for Aston Martin, who bills the stunning two-seater as the ultimate driver’s supercar.
Signifying a first for Aston Martin, the Valhalla employs a plug-in hybrid powertrain. The petrol-electric setup comprises a flat-plane crank 4.0-litre twin-turbocharged V8 that is supplemented by a trio of electric motors, coupled with a high-performance battery system.

Mounted midships, the internal combustion unit produces 609 kW and 857 N.m of torque. However, with the assistance of the 400 V electric setup, the Valhalla’s peak power and torque outputs are lifted to a staggering 793 kW and 1 100 N.m, sent to all four corners via an eight-speed dual-clutch transmission. (It is worth noting that drive is exclusively sent to the front axle when EV mode is activated. The Valhalla has a claimed emissions-free range of 14 km.)
Aston Martin claims the Valhalla’s monumental outputs allow it to complete the obligatory 0-100 km/h sprint in a whip-crack 2.5 seconds, before topping out at an electronically governed 350 km/h.
To ensure the Valhalla remains glued to the road at this immense speed or when showcasing its on-track capability, Aston Martin has equipped it with innovative active aerodynamics, which, the firm claims, provide downforce in excess of 600 kg at speeds between 240 km/ and the max. In addition, the active-aero system incorporates DRS and air-brake functions.

In addition to the latter, stopping power is further enhanced with the fitment of a carbon-ceramic braking system, replete with six-piston fore and four-piston aft callipers. The front and rear discs measure 410 mm and 390 mm in diameter, respectively.
Measuring 1 161 mm in height, 2 208 mm in width, and 4 727 mm in length, the Valhalla’s carbon-fibre monocoque bodywork wraps around a set of mixed-size forged alloy wheels. The front and rear items measure 20 inches and 21 inches in diameter, and is shod in bespoke, 285/30- and 335/30-size Michelin Pilot Sport S 5 AML summer tyres, respectively. Michelin Pilot Alpin 5 winter tyres are also included.
Valhalla production is penned in to start in the second quarter of 2025. Only 999 examples will be made.
